As a rough guide, a fifteen minute clear recording of one person speaking takes approximately one hour to transcribe.

Moneypenny Virtual Assistance Ltd can transcribe audio work from mini cassettes into Microsoft Word format and email the finished document back to you with a hard copy in the post or fax if needed.

Interviews, conferences, telephone conference calls, meetings etc. will almost certainly take longer and an example would need to be heard for an estimate to be given.

DIGITAL TRANSCRIPTION

Moneypenny Virtual Assistance Ltd can accept Digital Voice Files (WAV, MWA, MP3 and DSS file formats). You will need a digital voice recorder which will enable you to download the voice files to your PC which you can then email.
